The competition judges that Treated their Tongues to the Tigers have given us Gold awards for gin, gin and tonic and Gold for our Tiger Vodka too.

With the help of experts I managed to create a recipe that resulted in my fabulous sweet and smooth gin and achieved my vision of creating one of the best gins in the world.
Tiger Gin uses only the finest botanicals and spices, carefully chosen and sourced each year from the best harvests from around the world.

My name is JJ Lawrence. I’m a Shropshire lad who had a dream. Shropshire is a beautiful county and is the birthplace of the Industrial Revolution so we have a long history of achieving great things.
Several years ago I decided to live my passion and bring you TIGER GIN.
Gin is my favourite drink and I wanted to create my own gin that would be both sweet and smooth.
I knew nothing about how to do that so I started from scratch, sought out experts and made it happen.
I gave it everything I’d got and beat the odds!
I had a vision to create one of the best gins in the world and Tiger Gin is now the most awarded gin in the world!
Our awards so far span 5 of the world’s 7 continents which is an amazing achievement for a small family producer. South America and Antarctica are the only two continents not conquered yet. Watch out South America you’re next on our list….
As Antarctica doesn’t have any competitions that we know of I think we’ve struck out there. If you know any research scientists maybe you could ask them to do a blind tasting?

Our sweet and smooth spectacular Tiger Gin comes in a 70cl bottle and is 40% ABV.
Our award winning Tiger Gin is the most awarded gin in the world! It is beautifully crafted from carefully selected botanicals to create a smooth and sweet gin.
Our juniper berries provide classical perfumed notes;
We use Angelica root and Orrisroot powder to give the earthy base notes.
Cassia bark, Cinnamon bark, Coriander seeds and ground Nutmeg add the warmth and spice which give depth and complexity.
Liquorice root powder gives the light notes and sweetness.
We use orange peel and lemon peel as our citrus notes which accentuate the notes of the other botanicals.
We use all natural ingredients to produce the most awarded gin in the world. Our secret formula uses 100% grain spirit and pure English water.
Tiger Gin is 40% ABV and can be drunk on the rocks or with a little tonic added for a longer drink.

Shropshire Inspired Gin Fine Family Owned
A labour of love owned and run by dynamic duo, Emma and Gareth Glynn.
Steering the day-to-day operations is Emma, a skilled alchemist passionate about crafting exceptional spirits.
In 2012, we made the move to Shropshire from Lancashire, enduring daily 120-mile commutes, Emma working in Education and Gareth a chemical engineer, as we settled into our new life. It was during this time that we encountered a gin labelled and sold as “local” – only to discover it wasn’t as authentic and truly locally made as described.
This sparked something within us; Why not create a gin and distillery that truly embodies honesty, transparency and the essence of Shropshire? With this idea in
mind, we set out to craft a genuine spirit, honestly made in Shropshire.

Tiger Gin, Ruby Tiger Gin and our Tiger Vodka are all so smooth and sweet that they could be enjoyed neat over ice, with a little garnish of your choice if desired.

Sometimes though we like to enjoy a longer drink so we’d like to share some gin cocktail recipes with you that we think you’d enjoy as much as we do.
The Tipsy Tiger
The Tipsy Tiger cocktail recipe was developed for us by a mixologist so why not give it a whirl?
50ml Tiger Gin
20ml fresh orange juice
15-20ml orange blossom honey (or to taste)
1g citric acid (or to taste)
Shake well to ensure the honey and citric acid are dissolved;
Add the ice and shake again;
Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass;
Garnish with an orange twist.
