Stanley Tucci Launches New Signature Tanqueray No. Ten Serve in Ireland

As part of our season celebrating cocktail artistry, Stanley Tucci will be exploring the living notebooks of some of the world’s top bartenders. Look out for more news and details of a year-long series of residencies at some of the most iconic bars. It could be exceptional.

Actor Stanley Tucci travelled to Ireland yesterday to launch the new Tanqueray No. Ten signature serve, the Tiny Ten. Bursting with fresh grapefruit, sparkling wine and No. Ten, the elegant pink-blush cocktail was inspired by summer evenings with friends and family.

Whilst in Dublin, Stanley Tucci visited the very best in cocktail and gastronomy experiences Ireland has to offer.

Tanqueray No. Ten

He visited Pichet for lunch, where Diageo Chef in Residence, Mark Moriarty prepared a bespoke seasonal menu with Irish lamb as the hero dish and had a sit-down meal with Stanley. This was accompanied by a classic martini serve with a twist created by Pichet’s Head Mixologist, Marian and titled the ‘Tucci Tini’.

Thereafter, Stanley visited BAR 1661, awarded Ireland’s ‘Bar of the Year’ & ‘Innovative Bar of the Year’ Award in 2022 and home to Diageo World Class Irish Finalist, General Manager Will Lynch. Highly regarded for bringing Irish cocktail culture to fresh heights and using Irish ingredients, Will prepared a signature No.TEN Irish cocktail named the ‘Wild Atlantic Way’ representing the very best ingredients Ireland has to offer including mead, vermouth and marmalade, all locally sourced.

This was followed by a visit to Lennans Yard on Dawson Street before heading to House Dublin on Leeson Street where he welcomed guests on their beautiful garden terrace to the Tiny Ten launch evening event. Diageo’s Hospitality Partner, Federico Riezzo hosted a fabulous no.TEN cocktail demo of the new ultimate summer serve.

Tanqueray No. Ten

“It’s so nice to be back in Dublin, and this time with Tanqueray No TEN.  It’s been a few years since I was last here, and I have just loved the famed Irish hospitality, enjoying the very best in cocktails and food. We had fun making the Tiny TEN – it’s a fabulous serve, with grapefruit notes that highlight the flavourful botanicals in the gin which I’m sure Irish cocktail aficionados will adore.”

A closely guarded recipe, Tanqueray No. TEN is artisan-distilled in small batches with fresh whole grapefruits, oranges, limes, chamomile flowers & natural botanicals. The full-bodied character and fresh flavour have set the standard as the world’s first ultra-premium gin., known amongst the best bartenders to be the perfect gin for a martini cocktail like The Tiny Ten.

No. TEN is available in retailers nationwide priced at €42. The Tiny Ten will be available in selected on trade venues this summer.
