We distil our London Dry Gin in Somerset, using botanicals sourced from local independent businesses.
Our signature botanicals are watercress grown 5 miles from our distillery and lavender from a family farm in Wiltshire.
We also use roses from Chard and Dabinett apples from Perry’s Cider Orchard.
Two sisters in Frome, Somerset, created our gin using a 50-litre copper still named Storm.

Still Sisters Signature London Dry Gin

Our signature award-winning Gin, made unique by its peppery undertones from organically grown watercress. A beautifully refreshing drink best served with simple tonic water and ice. Looking for a beautiful Gin? Look no further! This Gin is refreshingly cool and deserves to be enjoyed! An exciting Gin perfect for Gin enthusiasts.
Our watercress comes from John Hurd and his family that have been cultivating watercress for over forty years. In 1992 John took the decision to go totally organic. He was awarded his first ‘Organic Certificate’ in June 1994. John and his family cultivate the watercress in their beds in Warminster, less than 10 miles from our distillery.

Somerset Cider Apple Gin

Our Somerset Dry Gin is distilled using the traditional London Dry method in our 50-litre copper still in Frome. This Gin pays homage to its roots in Somerset; it doffs its cap to the London Dry method but celebrates all things Somerset. Nothing conjures the magic of Somerset more than its orchards adorned with Somerset cider apples. The apples are picked from local orchards in Somerset; our first batch comes from the wonderful Perry’s Orchard.
When creating our Somerset Cider Apple Gin, we looked no further than Somerset’s own Dabinett apple. This bittersweet apple is perfect for Gin, as it provides a well balanced, fresh and crisp taste. The apples are pulped and juiced before being combined with 9 other botanicals in our copper still Storm and then proudly distilled by two sisters in Frome, Somerset. Made with love and passion for getting together with friends and family, we hope you enjoy it. Add 200ml Lovely Indian Tonic Water as our recommended tonic on checkout, sit back and enjoy.

Our Rose and Hibiscus London Dry Gin is made unique by its light floral notes of rosehip delicately balanced with fruity hibiscus, giving it a sharp freshness. Brushes & Botanicals Evening

This July we welcome a brand new event to our distillery, with the help from our friends at Arty Kids Pottery we have created a night to sip, sit, nibble, create & relax.
You will be greeted with a welcome drink on arrival to the distillery, then spend the evening creating your own unique pieces of art. Everything will be provided for you with step by step instructions.
- Choose as many pieces of pottery to decorate as you would like, these will all be themed around summer, gardens & botanicals.
- These will all be individually priced for you to purchase during the evening. Pottery prices range from £3-£20.
- Outside seating available
- Our bar will also be open all evening with the full Still Sisters menu which includes, cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wine and lots more!
