Pixel Spirits is a Scottish gin and rum distillery set in the scenic grounds of Loch Leven Hotel in North Ballachulish, West Highlands. Founded by a husband and wife team, Craig & Noru Innes, our distillery has been self converted from a traditional A frame barn, with the help of various friends and family members! This is in the core of our values – hand crafted, bespoke and personal!
Our spirits are truly small batch, bottled and labelled by hand and some bottles are even individually numbered and signed by Craig, the Master Distiller!
Our two production stills are 100 litres and 500 litres in size and were chosen to create our delicate and taste rich expressions from the outset. We chose to work with i-still as they are inspirational with an exciting and forward thinking ethos pushing the development of new ideas that ultimately lead to a better quality of product for you!

HAND CRAFTED SPIRITS
Scottish Gin & Scottish Rum
At Pixel Spirits we create smooth and delicious spirits with full, vibrant flavours that are not lost in mixers or cocktails. These are real spirits, distilled by us and created using the finest ingredients. No sugar or artificial colourings are added and even our fruit is peeled by hand to ensure thin peels without bitter pith and dehydrated in house.
Our Scottish gin and Scottish rum have won various awards such as International Wine & Spirit Competition (Silver medals in taste and design categories, Bronze for G&T), World Gin Awards (Gold & Silver in Contemporary & Classic Gin categories) and London Spirits Competition (Bronze in taste category).
DISTILLING & TASTING EXPERIENCES
Pixel Spirits Gin & Rum School offers the unique opportunity to create your own recipes and distilling your own gin or rum using the spices and botanicals of your choice to flavour your bespoke spirit. You will be given expert tuition through all the processes by Craig, our Master Distiller, you will then bottle, label and wax seal your own bottle before taking it home!
If you prefer to do this all from the comfort of your own home, our virtual Distilling Experiences make it possible for you to create your recipe (with Craig’s expert help of course) and watch the distillation of your gin or rum live online. A bottle of your creation will then be posted to your home address.
Other virtual experiences include Gin Tasting sessions and Meet the Maker distillery tours, all LIVE with our Master Distiller, no pre-recorded videos or printed instructions!

Whether you are looking for a white label gin with your own branding to sell in your restaurant, hotel or shop, or a bespoke business gift to impress your discerning clients – we can tailor make your own craft gin and even help with the label design if you wish!
What we offer
Full contract distilling service from recipe development and distilling of the product to bottling and labelling. Create your own unique recipe with our Master Distiller to produce a spirit with your preferred flavour profile, using botanicals of your choice. We have over a hundred botanicals on site and can of course source ingredients that are not part of our standard stock. We have multiple awards under our belt for products we have made from the world’s most prestigious and best known competitions such as International Wine & Spirits Competition, World Gin Awards and London Spirits Competition.
Top quality products with true craft spirit!
We do not cut corners when it comes to quality and take the optimum 5 weeks to marry our gins with water. We dedicate our time, patience and expertise to ensure that every bottle of your tailor made spirit is released at its best, insuring a small batch premium product for all our custom made gins.
Where possible, all fruit we use is fresh and botanicals, hand picked, peeled, sorted and dehydrated at our distillery to ensure the finest quality. No standard automated procedures used, every product is uniquely distilled and cuts of heads, hearts and tails taken according to the required flavour profile.
Distilling processes are all manual, carefully planned and executed by our Master Distiller. Bottling, sealing and labelling is by hand and labels can be individually numbered and/or signed by our Master Distiller if you would like to add this personal touch.
Small minimum order quantities and flexible delivery terms
Our minimum order for contract distilled gin is only around 75 large bottles, this equals to 1 batch made on our smaller 100 litre pot still. We are happy to also hold stock for you and send distilled and bottled batches in multiple deliveries once stock sells.

HAND CRAFTED SPIRITS FROM THE SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS
Our hand crafted gin, rum and vodka are truly small batch, some less than 50 bottles per batch! These are true Scottish spirits, distilled, bottled and labelled in our Highland distillery.
We use high quality botanicals in all our products, even our fruit is peeled and dehydrated in-house to ensure the best possible taste and quality.
Our gins and rum have won various national and international awards, in competitions such as International Wine & Spirit Competition, World Gin Awards, Scottish Gin Awards and London Spirits Competition.
SIGNATURE RANGE
Our Signature Range of gins is available in various bottle sizes and features label illustrations by the renowned Scottish illustrator, Iain McIntosh. Distilled on our 100 litre and 500 litre pot stills, each batch is between 75 and 375 large bottles. 70cl bottles in our Signature Range are also hand signed and numbered by Craig, our Master Distiller!

Highland Spiced Gin

Named after the famous mountain ascent, part of the West Highland Way, just a few miles from our distillery. Featuring cardamom, nutmeg, cassia bark and Grains of Paradise.
Serving suggestion – With premium tonic, orange peel and a couple of cardamom pods. Alternatively Ginger Ale, orange peel and fresh mint is a great option as well!

This summer style citrus gin features pomelo, lime peel, orange peel and kaffir lime leaves. Perfect libation on any bonny or drookit day!
Serving suggestion – With Mediterranean tonic and a slice of water melon. Alternatively lemonade and a slice of cucumber makes a refreshing summer serve!

Latest addition to our Signature Range, released in 2022! This beautiful dry gin features local botanicals such as tangy rowan berries, calming heather, nectareous silver birch sap, zesty grapefruit, aromatic rosehip and a hint of pungent pink pepper.
Serving suggestion – With Elderflower tonic and grapefruit peel.

ARTISAN RANGE
The Artisan Range features limited edition Scottish gin and Scottish rum such as Chanterelle Gin, Scottish White Rum and Scottish Golden Rum, as well as other barrel aged and seasonal products. These are distilled in small batches on our 100 litre pot still, some of our aged products are matured in casks as small as 30 litres and are true limited editions!
CHANTERELLE GIN
Savoury Dry Gin

Traditional juniper forward gin profile with a smooth and subtle Chanterelle mushroom influence.
Pot distilled savoury Gin, the Chanterelles are held in the vapour stream to ensure a beautiful traditional savoury gin with the addition of subtle Chanterelle character.
Serving suggestion – With premium tonic or soda water over ice.

OAK AGED GIN
Aged in former herbal liqueur barrels
Smooth and warming cask aged gin, toffee on the nose & herbal on the palate!
Gorgeous craft gin distilled and aged in former herb liqueur oak barrels for at least 6 months at our Highland distillery.
