When we started on this gin journey, we wanted to share with you some of our core beliefs and what makes us who we are:
1) Share our love for everything British, including the humour. That’s why we created the #VeryDrinkableLove. The most wonderful compliment you can ever make to our gin, is that it is very drinkable.
2) We love stories. Everybody has a story. Including our gins. Whilst we share our stories, we would love to hear yours; how you fell in love with gin. Why do you like it?
3) Bring some fun into the gin tasting experience. Drink your gin your way: with lemonade, sparkling water, Coke or Pepsi, whatever you fancy. It’s YOUR drink.
4) Be kind to nature. Re-use and recycle. We love giving things a new lease of life. And we LOOOOVE charity shops and antique shops. Ashby has some amazing charity shops and we also found some wonderful antique shops where we found fabulous pieces of local history that we’ll be sharing with you.

Now, Betty didn’t ascend to her throne overnight. She’s the third in line, following in the spirited footsteps of Virginia and the formidable Big Bertha. You see, we started with Virginia, our first still, and well, we didn’t exactly predict we’d outgrow her. Then came Big Bertha – and oh boy, did we realise size does matter! Little did we know, we were destined for an even bigger and better Betty. Why Betty, you ask? Well, it’s all in the royal name – Queen Elizabeth, to be precise. We thought it only fitting to name our latest and greatest creation in honor of Her Majesty.
