Kipsi rosé Gin
King Henry VIII was so impressed by the fruits of Kent, that he named it “The Garden of England”. These delicious soft fruits were harvested in wicker baskets known locally as a “Kipsi”. Kipsi Rosé Gin is distilled with fruity botanicals and aged in ex-Bourbon oak casks to add sweet vanilla, creamy and delicate spice notes. Blended with Kentish Morellos, Dark Cherries, Strawberries and Raspberries to create a wonderfully sophisticated rosé gin.
GEORGE BISHOP LONDON DRY GIN
A fitting tribute to our Founding Father, George Bishop, who installed the first Maidstone Distillery in the County Town in 1785. This award-winning, modern interpretation of the classic London Dry style is bold and complex.
Traditionally crafted and distinctly smooth, George Bishop London Dry Gin is a perfect balance of 15 distinct botanicals. Warm Mediterranean orange and lemon combined with exotic spice. Sweet citrus notes from coriander and soothing chamomile are balanced with tellicherry pepper, cinnamon bark and ground almond. Each bottle is finished by hand, with handwritten batch and bottle number.

We were delighted when Castle Farm approached us to design a bespoke gin to showcase their famous lavender. We are proud to distil Castle Farm’s bespoke Small Batch Lavender Gin, a beautifully floral and soft gin, distilled with Kentish hedgerow botanicals and of course, the flavour of Castle Farm’s own Lavender.

Maidstone Distillery
Playful floral notes combine delicate perfumed lavender and meadow flowers, balanced with earthy herbal tones of wild marjoram, poppy seed and bay. A smooth long finish evokes pleasant soft lavender and evergreen forests.
Castle Farm Small Batch Lavender Gin is best served with premium tonic water, garnished with a sprig of lavender or rosemary.

Join us for a hands-on session of spirited fun, as we guide you through the craft of distilling and assist you in creating your very own bottle of fine spirit.
We will warmly welcome you into the distillery with a drink at our bar, before we take you through to our experience room where you will learn the art of distillation on your personal mini copper pot still. Here we delve into the fascinating craft, and learn about the processes we use to create our fine artisan spirits. You will get to use our beautiful miniature stills and, over the course of two hours, design and create your very own 70cl bottle of spirit to take home with you. Choose from over 60 exotic botanicals and perfect a recipe to your own personal taste.

Inspired by a love of craft spirits, lifelong scientists Andy and Norman decided to use their expertise and passion to found Anno in 2011, bringing a proud tradition of gin making back to their home county of Kent for the first time in over 200 years.
As a local business, they understand the importance of giving back, so each year Anno works with charities to support fundraising or help with events in the surrounding community.
Spadework in Offham, West Malling provides care, support and meaningful opportunities to over 110 adults with learning and other disabilities. Anno attends fundraising evenings and tastings, providing refreshment to visitors.
