Jodhpur Gin is inspired by the beautiful city of Jodhpur (Rajasthan), known as the Blue City. TASTING NOTE
Aroma
Elegant and fine on the nose, aromatic with delicate and all-enveloping notes of wild berries, such as juniper, with a subtle background of citrus & aromatic herbs. Rather sharp but very balsamic.
Sensation on swallowing
Very aromatic finish with considerable and very long, balsamic notes, and a long aftertaste.
Flavour
Very smooth and unctuous, with reminiscences of juniper berries rounded off with flavors of other aromatic herbs. A slight touch of citric resins and alcoholic flavor, very fine due to its excellent distillation.

Highly aromatic with generous balsamic and citrus touches and a long finish on the palate.

Jodhpur Reserve begins with a base of Jodhpur Dry Gin, but it’s aged for two years in white American oak barrels which once contained brandy and macerated with vanilla and roasted cacao.

OUR SPICE ROUTE
Made from selected grain alcohols and a careful selection of 13 botanicals. Aged for two years in white American oak barrels which once contained brandy and macerated with vanilla and roasted cacao.
The end results a perfect and unique gin that combines the art of distillation with the patience of the ageing process. A distillate of great aromatic complexity, with notes of vanilla, dried fruits and wood.
TASTING NOTE
Aroma
Very aromatic, elegant and fine on the nose, with delicate surrounding notes of wild berries such as juniper and slight reminders of resin and oak wood, very well transformed over time.
Sensation on swallowing
The finish is dry and very aromatic, with plenty of balsamic notes. Very long, it remains on the palate for some time, balancing the wood, vanilla and toasted almonds.
Flavour
Very smooth and unctuous in the mouth. It has a slight caramel note and a very delicate touch of wood and vanilla, rounded off with the roasted notes expected from the aging.

JODHPUR RESERVE WITH COFFEE BEANS
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Jodhpur Reserve
- Tonic water
- 3 Coffee beans
PREPARATION
Pour Jodhpur Reserve in a glass full of ice cubes, add your favourite tonic water and garnish with coffee beans.
JODHPUR SPICY WITH ORANGE AND CHILI
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Jodhpur Spicy Gin
- Tonic water or Ginger ale
- 1 Orange peel
- 1 Fresh chili
PREPARATION
Pour Jodhpur Spicy in a glass full of ice cubes, add your favourite tonic water or ginger ale (for a smoother taste) and garnish with orange peel and chili.
THE LAVENDER BAORI
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Jodhpur Baori
- Tonic water
- Lavender to garnish
PREPARATION
Pour Jodhpur Baori Gin in a glass full of ice cubes, add your favourite tonic water and garnish with lavender.
JODHPUR WITH APPLE & CARDAMOM
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Jodhpur Gin
- Tonic water
- 2 Slices of Granny Smith apple
- 2 Black or green cardamom beans
PREPARATION
Pour Jodhpur Gin in a glass full of ice cubes, add your favourite tonic water and garnish with apple and cardamom.
ELDERFLOWER PASSIONFRUIT
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Jodhpur Gin
- 25ml Elderflower BVland Liqueur
- 50ml Passion fruit juice
- 20ml Lemon juice
- 1 dash liquid sugar
PREPARATION
Place all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice and shake. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with strawberry mint.
JODHPUR SPICY APPLE & GINGER
INGREDIENTS
- 50 ml Jodhpur Spicy Gin
- Tonic water
- Grapefruit peel
- 3 Black peppercorns
PREPARATION
Pour Jodhpur Spicy Gin in a glass full of ice cubes, add your favourite tonic water and garnish with grapefruit peel and some black peppercorns.
THE KAMAL BAORI
INGREDIENTS
- 50 ml Jodhpur Baori
- 2 cl of lychee nectar
- 2 cl fresh lime juice
- Tonic water
- Lotto flower (Kamal) to garnish
PREPARATION
Pour Jodhpur Baori Gin in a glass full of ice cubes, add your favourite tonic water with some lychee nectar and fresh lime juice. You can garnish your cocktail with a lotto flower, also known as Kamal.
JODHPUR WITH GRAPEFRUIT AND BLACK PEPPER

- 50ml Jodhpur Gin
- Tonic water
- Grapefruit peel
- 3 Black peppercorns
PREPARATION
