Description
One of our recent collaborations is Urar Gin,
Ùrar is made with Japanese yuzu and wild yuko fruit, which grows hidden away in the forested coastal region of Sotome, Nagagaki prefecture, the only known location in the world where it can be found. Mixed with these core ingredients are handpicked Scottish juniper berries from the Cairngorm National Park’s ancient Caldedonian forest, organic coriander seeds, Szechuan pepper and lemon peel
Combining the essence of warm citrusy botanicals with the base of a crisp traditional Highland dry gin, the bold and aromatic taste of Ùrar gin has both Japanese and Scottish roots.
Blackberry and Sloe Gin 35cl, 23.2% abv
£25.00
As enjoyed by Ewan MockGregor himself,
Strong, fruity, complex, not too sweet and the key ingredient in an Inshriach Royale. This makes any Prosecco taste like magic!
Local blackberries and sloes from the Black Isle, infused for 3 months in Inshriach Gin and then sweetened just enough.
We reckon it’s bottled at 30 something point something percent and as soon as our lab results come back and we can tighten that figure down a bit the labelling can finish and we can send them out.
Mmmmm Delicious!!
From little sheds come great gins.
Made with locally sourced juniper, Douglas fir and rosehips, Inshriach Gin is where it all started. We produce 43% Original and 57% Navy Strength versions, and we make sloe gin, liqueurs and limited editions.
