The Guards Gin was inspired by a serving officer in the one of the five regiments of the King’s Guards. Over 2021 and 2022 he worked with other regimental officers and the team at Hawkridge Distillers to design and create the Guards concept and this exceptionally smooth gin.
Proceeds from every bottle sold in the UK are to be donated to regimental charities, supporting veterans in need and the families of injured and fallen soldiers.

Working with our award-winning master distillers and our world class branding team, Hawkridge guides every client through a unique journey of product creation. From bottle selection and label design to flavour profiling, our teams carefully bring the vision for your perfect bespoke spirit to life.
The Process
From kick-off, we will develop your new spirit product within 5 weeks. Following an initial brand consultation with your team, we start the development process with bottle selection. Bottle decoration, label development and stopper selection or design follow. Concurrently we develop the flavour using any ingredients important to the profile of your new spirit. Following taste tests and approval, we pull the whole thing together and package for delivery.
Distillery Tour & Tasting

DAILY AT 3PM
Visit our distillery in its beautiful 17th Century converted tithe barn and meet the Hawkridge team where one of our qualified distillers will welcome you. The tour begins with a short history of gin making and an overview of our distillery business. Thereafter, we will lead you around our facility, giving you a detailed description of our traditional gin production processes. You will be able to taste our award winning spirits prior to finishing the tour with a perfectly prepared Hawkridge gin and tonic! The Distillery Tour and tasting is 90 minutes.

Gin Making School

Learn to make gin from the best. Join a 2.5 hour session with our multi-award winning distilling team in which you will take charge of a special custom built 5L alembic still on which you will develop and distil your very own unique London Dry Gin. Lessons for one and shared sessions for two (on one still) are available.
