Gyre & Gimble Callooh
A cracking coastal gin from Gyre & Gimble, featuring a helping of samphire as one of its most distinctive botanicals. Alongside the savoury plant, the team has also used dulse seaweed, grapefruit, lavender, and more. There’s a definite maritime feel to this expression, with grapefruit zestiness and peppery wafts keeping it balanced.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Savoury breeze and a touch of vegetal seaweed, juxtaposed by a tangy kick of citrus and spicy juniper.

Description
Hosted by one of our master distillers, you will become a ‘distiller for the day’ yourself. Gin & Tonic in hand, you will be guided through choosing your own botanicals and with a selection of over 30 there’s a lot to choose!
Weigh them accurately, learn to dilute your spirit, and finally distill and label your very own bottle to take home. Your recipe is then kept on file here at the distillery, and can be reproduced at any time.
The full range of Gyre & Gimble Gin & Tonics are supplied throughout the day as you are taken through a timeline of the history of Gin, and the past it has to offer.
The Academy lasts around 2hrs, but we do suggets giving yourself a little longer (just incase)
