MARA SEAWEED, HONEYBERRY, LAVENDER, PINK PEPPERCORN
Nose: Light citrus, aromatic, floral lavender tones with a savoury seaweed edge.
Taste: Punchy and peppery on the palate with underlying zesty lime tones, giving way gradually to floral wild myrtle, rich peppercorn and tart berry notes.
Finish: Pleasant, lasting finish of bittersweet citrus & bring seaweed, accompanied by hints of fresh honeyberry.

RAMSAY’S GIN COCKTAILS
RAMSAY’S CRANACHAN COCKTAIL
Using local Scottish botanicals from the wild Fife coastline, Ramsay’s Gin is inspired by the taste of Scotland.
Create the Burn’s Day inspired Cranachan cocktail at home.
Ingredients:
35ml Ramsay’s Gin
15ml calvados
15ml sugar syrup
15ml lemon juice
4-5 raspberries
1 egg white
Soda water
Method:
Add first six ingredients into a shaker then double strain into an ice-filled highball glass, topping up with a little soda water. Sprinkle a bit of ground cinnamon on top for a little something extra!
HOW TO MAKE RAMSAY’S APERITIF
Ingredients
- 35ml Ramsay’s Gin
- 15ml elderflower cordial
- 15ml smooth grapefruit juice
- Top up with champagne/sparkling wine
- Garnish with twist of orange peel
Method:
Add the Ramsay’s Gin, elderflower cordial and grapefruit juice into a champagne flute and stir. Top up with champagne or sparkling wine then add the orange peel garnish on top.

How to make Ramsay’s Lavender Elegance
- 35ml Ramsay’s Gin
- 15ml dry vermouth
- 15ml lemon verbena
- 15ml lavender syrup
- Garnish with fresh lavender
Add all ingredients except the lavender into a shaker and dry shake. Add ice cubes, shake well again and then strain into a Nick & Nora glass. Place the fresh lavender on top to garnish.

How to make Ramsay’s Yuzu Refresher
Ingredients:
- 50ml Ramsay’s Gin
- 25ml seaweed simple syrup
- 15ml lime/yuzu
- Garnish with seaweed thin
Method:
Add the Ramsay’s Gin, seaweed simple syrup and the lime juice/yuzu into a shaker with ice and shake well. Fill a goblet glass with ice cubes and strain the cocktail into the glass. Garnish with a seaweed thin.

INGREDIENTS
YOU WILL NEED
- 25ml Ramsay’s Gin
- 25ml Sweet Vermouth
- 25ml Campari
- Orange wedge for garnish
- Cubed ice
TOOLS REQUIRED
- Mixing glass
- Bar spoon
- Strainer
METHOD
- Pour Ramsay’s Gin, Vermouth and Campari into a mixing glass and stir until the outside of the glass feels cold.
- Fill rocks glass with cubed ice.
- Strain liquid into rocks glass over cubed ice.
- Garnish with an orange wedge.

How to make the Gordon Ramsay Gin Ro-KY Cocktail
INGREDIENTS
YOU WILL NEED
- 40ml Ramsay’s Gin
- 15ml Grand Marnier
- 10ml Antica Formula
- 2 Dashes orange bitters
- Orange juice and cacao liqueur foam * (Instructions on how to create this foam below)
- Orange peel for garnish
TOOLS REQUIRED
- Mixing glass
- Bar spoon
- Strainer
- Cocktail shaker
- Siphon for creating foam
METHOD
- Stir Ramsay’s Gin, Grand Mariner, Antica Formula and bitters in a mixing glass with cubed ice until the outside of the glass is chilled.
- Strain liquid into a rocks glass over cubed ice.
- Top cocktail with orange and cacao foam.
- Garnish with an orange peel.
For those cocktail connoisseurs that want to include the cacao foam…
* In the siphon add:
- 200ml Orange juice
- 100ml Cacao liqueur
- 60ml Egg white
And you charge the siphon with 2 No2 capsules
Leave it to rest in the fridge for 2 hours or even better over night
Measurements will give you 15 servings.

Ramsay’s Gin Martini
INGREDIENTS
YOU WILL NEED
- 60ml Ramsay’s Gin
- 20ml Dry Vermouth
- Lemon peel for garnish
- Cubed ice
TOOLS REQUIRED
- Mixing glass
- Bar spoon
- Cocktail strainer
METHOD
- Stir Ramsay’s Gin and Vermouth together in a mixing glass until the outside of the glass feels chilled.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a lemon peel

YOU WILL NEED
- 40ml Ramsay’s Gin
- 20ml Fresh lemon juice
- 20ml Raspberry shrub
- 2 Dashes Peychaud’s bitters
- 100ml Aloe vera
- Bamboo leaf for garnish
- Edible flower for garnish
- Raspberry for garnish
- Cubed ice
TOOLS REQUIRED
- Cocktail shaker
- Hawthorne strainer
- Fine strainer
METHOD
- Add Ramsay’s Gin, lemon juice, raspberry shrub, bitters and aloe vera into a cocktail shaker with cubed ice and shake until chilled.
- Fill highball glass with cubed ice.
- Double strain liquid into highball glass over ice.
- Garnish with raspberry, bamboo leaf and an edible flower.

- 20ml Lime juice
- 25ml Sugar syrup
- 10ml Crème de Mure
- 1 x Blackberry to garnish
- 1 x Orange peel to garnish
- Crushed ice
- Cubed ice
TOOLS REQUIRED
- Cocktail shaker
- Strainer
METHOD
- Add Ramsay’s Gin, lime juice and sugar syrup into a shaker with cubed ice and shake until chilled.
- Fill rocks glass to the top with crushed ice.
- Strain liquid into rocks glass over crushed ice.
- Drizzle Crème de Mure over the top of the drink.
- Garnish with an orange peel and blackberry.
