MARA SEAWEED, HONEYBERRY, LAVENDER, PINK PEPPERCORN

Nose: Light citrus, aromatic, floral lavender tones with a savoury seaweed edge.

Taste: Punchy and peppery on the palate with underlying zesty lime tones, giving way gradually to floral wild myrtle, rich peppercorn and tart berry notes.

Finish: Pleasant, lasting finish of bittersweet citrus & bring seaweed, accompanied by hints of fresh honeyberry.

Gordon selected botanicals from along the wild coastline of Scotland, choosing ingredients native to Fife and St Andrews. He then worked with our award winning distillery to craft a unique gin that’s bursting with flavour.

OUR SITE IS BUSY…

Our timelapse cameras take a photo every 15 minutes. What you can see below is our future distillery visitor centre. This will be a bright, open space with mezzanine flooring allowing guests to get a feel for the true height of the building. The big windows at the far side offer beautiful and uninterrupted views over the Eden Estuary towards St Andrews.

If you have been past the site recently, you’ll see it is a hive of activity and our branding now sits proudly on the external walls of the building. We are on course to become operational early in 2025 and we plan to open our visitor centre doors a couple of months later – not long now!

WHAT’S IN A NAME?

A lot, if you ask us! At the beginning of the summer, our branding was installed on the external walls of our distillery. We had all been looking forward to this moment for a long time and it now feels like the building is officially “ours”.

It is now easily recognisable as the Eden Mill Distillery to anyone who passes it!
