After a slightly sweet, piney juniper start, the flavour then develops into citrus from orange, grapefruit and lemons, also with a lingering taste of cinnamon spice and liquorice. Our Cuckoo Signature Gin is dry on the finish with a peppery kick from coriander seeds.

Through her cancer journey, Liz and everyone at our distillery have been inspired to help raise awareness about the importance of cervical screening. To show our gratitude for the support we received, a percentage of proceeds from this bottle will be donated to Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust who are helping others in similar situations. Our Story
Holmes Farm has been in the Singleton family for over 100 years. The inspiration to add a distillery into the mix came one day as the family sat unwinding together after a long day on the farm, enjoying G&T’s.
Fast forward 12 months to June 2017… recipes, ingredients and skills were brought to bottling point and Brindle Distillery’s first gin was launched.
