Join us for a Tour

We’d love for you to join us for a tour of our Craft Distillery in Bournemouth.

Every Friday and Saturday we open our Distillery doors for a two hour Distillery Tour and guided tasting of our range of award-winning spirits. Tours start at 14:00, coming to a close at 16:00 when our Distillery Tap Room opens for Conker Cocktails, fine local ale and delicious street food.

You’ll discover the home of Conker, meet our awesome team, and learn about how we handcraft our Dorset Gins and Conker Coffee Liqueurs.

How to find us.

The Conker Distillery

Unit 2, 163 Stourvale Road, Southbourne, Dorset, BH6 5HQ.

Our Distillery is located in the Seaside town of Southbourne in Bournemouth. We are 15 minute walk from Southbourne High Street and Pokesdown Train Station.

By Car:

There is plenty of roadside parking. We have non-alcoholic alternatives for all nominated drivers.

By Train:

Pokesdown Train Station – 5 minute Taxi

Bournemouth Train Station – 25 minute Taxi

Christchurch Train Station – 20 minute Taxi

Dogs:

We are sorry but we can’t have dogs in the Distillery. With the exception of Assistance Dogs.

The Dorset Dry Gin embodies the bright and refreshing spirit of Dorset.

Distilled in Bournemouth from 10 select botanicals, including marsh samphire, elderberries and hand-picked gorse flowers foraged from across the Dorset Jurassic Coast.

Aroma

Juniper pine forward with a hint of crisp lime citrus. Inviting, bright and purposeful.

Taste

Piney Juniper and warming spice, leading to a vegetal sweetness and a bright herbaceous freshness from it’s Dorset botanicals.

Finish

A long and lingering citrus. A lovely complement of dry and sweet that invites a second sip.

A hearty Navy Strength Overproof Gin distilled and enjoyed in honour of centuries of courageous men and women who have risked and lost their lives at sea.

Bold piney Juniper is met with a chewy zesty sweetness, creating a fantastic gin for a big and delicious G&T, or unite with ginger beer for a zappy Gin Mule.

Includes 2 FREE 150ml cans of Fever-Tree Tonic Water with every 70cl bottle.

Aroma

Spirituous beginnings with a bold juniper pine and complex warm spice.

Taste

Upfront juniper pine and a warm savoury spice are paired in equal measure with the herbaceous sweetness of orange and the dark-blue fruits of elderberry. Big mouthfeel and oily on the pallet. Complex and meaningful.

Finish

Long and lingering like its Dorset Dry heritage, with a warming heat.

Port Barrel Gin

Rested in Port barrels for 8 weeks, our Dorset Dry Gin draws out the 5-year-old Port from the oak walls of the cask, infusing its aged flavour and turning the gin a stunning ruby-pink.

Aroma

Dry, freshly cut pine sweetened by vanilla oak and a grape-like jamminess.

Taste

The herbaceous fresh brightness of the Dorset Dry Gin is balanced with a woody spice and bourbon-like vanilla sweetness, with the Port adding a melody of forest fruits and jammy red grape.

Finish

Dry pine fruit bowl punctuated by crisp lime citrus.

The Perfect Serve

This gin deserves nothing less than to be sipped over a few big chunks of ice in your favourite tumbler. Add tonic to that equation and you have one of the tastiest G&Ts we’ve ever encountered.

Our Dorset Dry Gin rested in used Ruby Port barrels for three years. There are just 280 bottles available of this first release of our 3 Year Special Reserve Port Barrel Gin. Put 2027 in your diary to get hold of a bottle from the next batch.

Every Friday and Saturday night we open our Distillery doors to celebrate cocktail O’clock with you.

There’s no need for a ticket or to book ahead, simply rock up from 16:00 to 22:00 every Friday and Saturday for tasty drinks, great music and delicious street food, all in the beautiful setting of our Craft Distillery in Bournemouth.
