This place used to be called the Princess Royal, but a joke on the pub’s A-board (see below) led to this Burnley iconic being renamed after the (now former) Burnley FC manager Sean Dyche.

Towneley Park is home to Towneley Hall, often chosen as a wedding venue due to its beautiful exterior and interior. There’s also Gawthorpe Hall, which is referred to as “the Downton of the North” and is adjacent to the Burnley FC training ground.

Our production began in the basement of a terraced house in Burnley, Lancashire. We are still based in the same town but now distil our spirits in a renovated mill.
Batch supplies boutique supermarket, Booths, plus Selfridges, Harvey Nichols and countless bars and restaurants across the country. Today we continue to experiment with botanicals and develop recipes to bring you new and interesting spirits.

With a shared love of Gin we wanted to come together and celebrate the genius local production methods of Burnley’s Batch boutique distillery.
Through-out lock-down we’ve had fun developing our own unique flavours and build our own little brand that could engage with the cricket community and support the projects of our charity the Go Well Fund all year round…and so Go Well Gin was born. For a laugh

Every year thousands of child refugees arrive in Europe, almost half of them are unaccompanied and as a result are at risk of being abused and trafficked. Yet many of these children have a legal right to travel safely to a place of sanctuary. With our support they can access their rights.

And we empower communities across the UK to tackle disadvantage and discrimination for long term, sustainable change.
