The story of BULLDOG London Dry Gin started in 2007 thanks to the restless ambition, spirit and determination of an American entrepreneur. Amongst the buzz and vibrancy of New York city, he turned his acumen to reinvigorate the world of gin. His vision was to create the first modern gin, liberated from category expectations with a brave new taste and bold personality.

Inspired by the dynamic New York city life, the brand was launched initially in USA fuelled two years later by Spain’s gin renaissance of the early noughties, BULLDOG London Dry Gin quickly spread beyond the USA to capture the attention of confident and curious audiences across Europe.

BULLDOG Gin is a modern, premium interpretation of a London Dry Gin, reinvigorating the category by liberating itself from convention and expectation. BULLDOG London Dry Gin’s smooth flavour profile is obtained thanks to a harmonious blend of twelve exotic botanicals, sourced from around the world.
BOTANICALS
Grain neutral spirit (at 96% ABV) is infused with the all-natural flavours and aromas of BULLDOG Gin’s 12 distinctive botanicals inside a copper pot still. This allows the gin ingredients to macerate in the spirit before distilling, to release their essential oils, resulting in the creation of vapour.

INGREDIENTS
- 50ml BULLDOG GIN
- 150ml CHILLED TONIC
- GLASS COPA
- FROZEN LIME
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Fill a copa glass with ice, and then chill with a spoon.
- Empty the glass, draining away an excess water, and re-fill it with fresh ice.
- Pour 50ml of BULLDOG Gin into the glass using a jigger, then pour 150ml of chilled premium tonic water.
- Stir and add a slice of frozen lime.
- Serve and enjoy!

- 150ml CHILLED TONIC
- BLACK COPA
- CHARRED GRAPEFRUIT
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Fill a black copa glass with ice, and then chill with a spoon
- Empty the glass, draining away an excess water, and re-fill it with fresh ice
- Pour 50ml of BULLDOG Gin into the glass using a jigger, then pour 150ml of chilled premium tonic water
- Stir and add a slice of charred grapefuit
- Serve and enjoy!

- 50ML BULLDOG GIN
- 150ML GINGER BEER
- 10ML LEMON JUICE
- HIGHBALL GLASS
- FROZEN GINGER SLICE
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Pour 50ml of Bulldog Gin and 10ml Lemon Juice into an highball glass
- Add ice cubes and 150ml of Ginger Beer
- Stir to combine
- Drop a frozen ginger slice into the highball for garnish
- Serve and enjoy!

A classic Martini cocktail with flamed lemon coin
INGREDIENTS
- 60ML BULLDOG GIN
- 5ML DRY VERMOUTH
- COUPETTE
- FLAMED LEMON COIN
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Before you build your Bulldog Martini, put your coupette in the freezer to chill.
- Pour 60ml of Bulldog Gin and 5ml of dry vermouth in a mixing glass
- Add ice cubes and stir with a mixing spoon for 30 seconds until the Bulldog Martini is chilled
- Strain the drink into your chilled coupette
- Add a flamed lemon coin
- Serve and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
- 30ML BULLDOG GIN
- 30ML CAMPARI
- 30ML CINZANO RED VERMOUTH
- ROCK GLASS
- ORANGE SLICE
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Pour 30ml of Campari, 30ml of Bulldog Gin and 30ml of Red Vermouth directly into your rock tumbler glass filled with ice and stir
- Garnish with a slice of fresh orange
- Serve and enjoy!
